Delivery Policy


  1. Please be inform that tracking number for your order will be send via email. If you are not receiving any tracking number after 24 hours that payment has been made, please contact us for confirmation.
  2. All the products in our website will be processed after your payment has been received and confirmed by us.
  3. Products purchased on sundays, bank holidays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  4. Payments that made before 2pm everyday will be processed and shipout on the same day(except sundays, bank holidays and public holidays), for payment made after 2pm, we will try to shipout the order on the same day but depending on our situation. Otherwise, we will shipout on the next working day or we will contact you for information.
  5. For Courrier service that ship our products, we use PosLaju or Gdex courrier service, but if our shipment checkin system found no PosLaju or Gdex option for your order, we will ship your order using one of the courrier such as(Nationwide, Skynet, DHL, Citylink, and Others). Even you cannot choose any courrier service, we will choose the service for you depending on the location and the quantity of the product ordered.
  6. Combine Shipping is allowed. You just have to tell us which and where to send in the same day(before 2pm), if shipment has been made, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
  7. Lost when delivery is not our responsibility, the buyer needs to bear his own risk. But this problem is rare to us. We will also assist you in making shipment insurance claims in the event of any loss happen.
